This site (dispatch.buildforge.cc) sets no cookies, runs no scripts, has no analytics and loads nothing from other sites.
The Dispatch application logs each request's method, path, result and timing, without your network address or browser. The web server in front of it can record a network address in its error log when a request fails.
The contact form
What you send through the form (your name, your email address and your message) is emailed to the people who run this Dispatch instance. The application's copy is deleted once the email is sent, or after 5 days if it can't be sent. Copies remain elsewhere: in the operators' inbox for as long as they keep the email, in our mail server's delivery record (addresses and times, not the message) for about two weeks, and in server backups, which are kept for up to 90 days.
To slow down abuse, the server counts form posts per network address for up to 8 days. It stores only a keyed hash of the address, not the address itself.
